Important Update
We would like to thank everyone who has taken an interest in the 2009 PORTIA Client Conference. However, due to the current economic climate and travel constraints felt by many in our industry, Thomson Reuters is postponing the event until Q1 2010.
In lieu of this year’s conference, we will carry out an array of online informational and training sessions which will be announced later this month. We will also communicate details about the 2010 conference later in the year.
Although we regret that the PORTIA community will not come together in person this year, we look forward to working with you to help you discover a new high note in productivity.
Reimbursement
All conference fees will be fully reimbursed. Credit card payments should expect reimbursement within the next 2 weeks. If you have not received your refund by February 20, 2009, or if you have already sent your payment through by check, please contact Jenna Walsh at PORTIAConference@thomsonreuters.com or at 617-856-2311.
If you have already booked your hotel room at the Fort Lauderdale Grande using our link to the hotel, we have personally cancelled your reservation; you will not be liable for any fees at the hotel. However, if you booked outside of our room block and directly with the hotel, you will need to cancel your hotel room on your own. If you would like to keep your hotel reservation for personal use at the Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel and receive the group rate, please email Jenna Walsh at PORTIAConference@thomsonreuters.com.
